Inside Sales Representative / Field Sales Support
Genesis Advisers, a Newton, Massachusetts-based leadership development consulting company, has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity to join as the first inside sales rep in a company with the leading products and services in a global marketplace. We are growing, and are looking to hire an individual who is experienced in inside sales with a proven track record of sales success. You must demonstrate sound judgment and flawless attention to detail in your previous role(s) creating proposals, presentations and client communications. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, intelligence, and organization. You should have outstanding references from employers, clients and colleagues. You will work both independently and as part of a team with field sales reps, supporting proposal creation for large sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up on targeted sale leads, develop proposals, and close sales
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries
• Organize and track all sales leads
• Manage CRM database
• Support RFP & proposal creation process (Gather components, edit and proofread)
• Send periodic e-mail distributions to clients/prospects
• Maintain updates on GA Website
• Support marketing collateral redesign, printing, and publishing
• Light, general small office administration
• Answer and direct minimal phone calls during business hours
• Proficiency in MS Office, WebEx, Office Live
Experience should include a minimum of 3 to 5 years of Inside Sales. You should be proficient in database maintenance, including Outlook and Salesforce.com. Software proficiency should include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. In addition, you must have excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to be the final proof reader on mission-critical documents and proposals.
