Jerry Cogliano

Jerry is the Chief Operating Officer of Genesis Advisers. He is responsible for ensuring operational excellence for all client programs and internal operations, and contributes to Genesis sales and strategic development. He has over 20 years of experience across strategic operations, sales & marketing, and general management.

Jerry spent more than four years as EVP at The Forum Corporation where he was responsible for global initiatives across all areas of the company including operations, sales, and client engagements. This also included key client accounts, where he contributed directly to a doubling of company revenues and a seven-fold increase in profitability. Jerry was also responsible for evaluating, developing, and integrating all partnerships and acquisitions.

Prior to Forum Jerry led and managed three companies with full P&L responsibility in a variety of industries, including marketing consulting, IT consulting, and computer products and services.

Earlier in his career, he held significant management positions at companies in the communications and financial services industries.

Jerry holds a BSBA and an MBA from Suffolk University where he is a member of the Sawyer Business School Alumni Board of Directors.
