Founded by leadership expert Dr. Michael D. Watkins, Genesis Advisers is the exclusive provider of Watkins’s First 90 Days Transition Programs, which have been recently upgraded based on Watkins’s latest research.

Our individual and organizations change products are based on our experience working with the frameworks from The First 90 Days or more than 10 years. They have been refined through our supporting thousands of executives through transitions onto new/changed roles at some of the largest, most successful multinationals.

In addition to our work in transitions, we prepare high-potential employees for more senior roles with our Moving Up Program. This general manager development program prepares leaders for the C-suite by combining learning modules on strategy, executive presence, corporate diplomacy and leadership communications with Coaching and Action Learning. The program draws on decades of research and experience of Dr. Watkins in designing executive level programs, as well as our partnerships with talented academics, consultants and boutique executive education providers to create an executive development experience that is tailored to your organization. The Moving Up Program prepares leaders for the ‘Seven Seismic Shifts’ they need to take to become a general manager.
