Genesis Advisers recently upgraded and expanded its First 90 Days transitions product line in conjunction with September 2009 release of Watkins’s latest book on the subject of transitions — Your Next Move: The Leader’s Guide to Navigating Major Career Transitions.

Our transitions programs are designed by Dr. Michael D. Watkins, the Chief Intellectual Officer of Genesis Advisers.  We build on the concept originally published in Watkins’s seminal book — The First 90 Days – and incorporate into those same frameworks more than a decade of experience by Genesis Advisers supporting transition in the classroom and in one-on-one coaching sessions.

Genesis Advisers provides a full array of transitions programs: from executive-level sessions for 0.5 – 3-days in duration, through out 1- or 2-day transition planning workshops and webinars. Our programs are interactive, compelling and participants leave each workshop with an action plan in hand, ready to launch into action.

Our standard offerings include the following:

• The First 90 Days Two-Day Transition Workshop for Directors and VPs; includes some pre-work and intensive planning sessions in an interactive classroom
• The First 90 Days One-Day Transition Program for Managers; includes pre-work and post-program learning components
• RightStart(TM) blended programs combining webinar instruction with classroom instruction and/or self-directed learning.

Genesis Advisers also offers a train-the-trainer option where we run an initial program in conjunction with a training session for a client’s own leadership development team.
