Five years after launching our first coaching offering, Genesis Advisers has upgraded our The First 90 Days Acceleration Coaching solution.  Our new, improved coaching methodology incorporates input from our clients, coaches and Dr. Michael Watkins’ in-depth understanding of the key challenges leaders face in getting up to speed, including insights from Watkins’  Latest book on transitions Your Next Move (Harvard Business Publishing, September 2009).
