In 2006, Genesis Advisers designed and led one-day transition acceleration events for over 700 newly-promoted Directors at a leading international financial institution. To support the company’s annual goal of getting managers to “step up” to a new level, Genesis Advisers developed a 1/2 day planning session, based on our Transition Roadmap™ framework, designed to accelerate participants’ transitions into their new roles. Genesis Advisers also designed and facilitated panel sessions in which experienced leaders at the bank shared their experiences with their newly-promoted colleagues.
