In addition to our in-company programs, we will begin to offer a public program for individual leaders who are taking new roles in the Spring of 2010. These programs will be offered at Genesis Advisers headquarters in Newton, MA on a quarterly basis. We recommend this program only for leaders who will have been in their new positions for 90 Days or less at the time of the program.
